We invest in a wide and diverse range of assets. As we have a very long term view on our investments, we believe in a slightly more conservative approach.
We have the whole spectrum of property investments ranging from apartments, property development, warehouse and combined buildings, and office buildings. These are important building blocks to our portfolio. We also experience that these provide a good cash-flow, which is an important aspect of any investment strategy.
We also spend a lot of time and money on PE funds, and PE serial acquirers with a goal to own for longevity. These ensure we tap into the PE sector where we think future value creation will come from.
As another base investment class, we invest in global stocks and bonds. We sit tight and rebalances when the opportunity ask for it.
All our investments, and our suppliers, are carefully chosen to fit our long term strategy as well as give us the yield we expect.
